All our libraries will be closed Friday 18 April, Sunday 20 April and Monday 21 April. We will be open normal Saturday hours on 19 April. When libraries are closed, our eLibrary resources, eg Libby, will continue to be available.

We’ve upgraded our library system, bringing new features to improve your experience. Here’s what you need to know to get started.

Access our New Catalogue

Logging In

  1. Click Log In (top right corner).
  2. Enter your Library Card Number and PIN (same as before).
    • If you’ve forgotten your PIN, select Forgot PIN? to reset it.

Key Features

  • Search & Browse – Easily find books, eBooks, audiobooks, and more.
  • Manage Your Account – View loans, renew items, and check your borrowing history.
  • Place & Manage Reserves – Request items and track your spot in the queue.
  • Explore Recommendations – Discover new reads tailored to your interests.

Reserve Items

  1. Search for the item you want.
  2. Click Place Reservation (you must be logged in).
  3. Choose your pickup location and confirm.

Renewing Your Loans

  1. Go to My Account > Current Loans.
  2. Select items and click Renew (if eligible).
