Baby Rock and Rhyme

Haere mai and welcome to Baby Rock and Rhyme, our music and movement programme for ngā pēpi and their whānau!

A large group of parents and caregivers with babies sit on cushions and chairs, all facing towards a librarian who is holding a baby doll and singing a song. Many are lifting their babies high into the air.

Baby Rock and Rhyme is a way for parents and carers to interact with their babies through rhymes, finger-plays and stories delivered by experienced presenters. It's a great opportunity to have fun, socialise, and spend quality 'one-on-one' time with your little one. This programme is perfect for babies aged 0 - 2 years and their whānau, and bookings are not required.

Our regular schedule is presented below, but you can always check our event calendar for the most up-to-date times and locations.
