17' 40" Details how house was purchased and how he tried to avoid the under-the-table real-estate dealing which was common in the post-war period of housing shortages (much to the chagrin of the estate agent).
22' 40" After leaving Kenners, was appointed second-in-charge of accounts at the Self-Help grocery store chain. However this appointment was not well communicated and other staff were hostile to his appointment so decides to resign. Ben Sutherland of Self Help referred to.
