They also make information about companies and other bodies available to the public.

  • New Zealand Companies Office For registering a new company, reserving a company name, filing certain company documents (including annual returns) and updating director and company address information online.   • U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission The SEC requires all public companies (except foreign companies and companies with less than $10 million in assets and 500 shareholders) to file registration statements, periodic reports, and other forms electronically through EDGAR.
