Community Space

Wadestown Library now has a dedicated community space where you can meet, hold events and find local information. The Community Space was officially opened by Mayor Kerry Prendergast on March 14th as part of the Wadestown Fair.

Community Coordinator

Wadestown Community Coordinator Louise Davies is based at Wadestown Library. Her office hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 10:30am - 3:30pm.

Holiday Programme

Come along to Wadestown Library for some fun filled space activities on Tuesday 14th July @ 11am. This programme is suitable for 4-8 year olds. We look forward to seeing you there!!

Storytime

  • Pre-school Storytime is held at Wadestown Library every Friday morning at 10:30am in the children's area.
  • Sessions run for about half an hour, with stories and songs.
  • Storytime is fun and free - there's no charge, and you don't have to book.
  • These sesions are aimed at pre-school children (three and four years old) - but younger siblings are very welcome.

Peter Pan Crafts

At our school holiday programme on April 23rd we celebrated classic children's literature with some fun Peter Pan themed crafts.

Thank you to all the children and caregivers who attended this event. There were some wonderful pirate and fairy crafts made.
